The Broadmoor Bistro Wysong Family and James Beard Foundation Dinner is March 30. One great local Chef, Celina Tio, of Julian, will share the guest honors with San Francisco’s Elizabeth Falkner, of Citizen Cake.

Taste and Sip Schlafly at Yia Yia’s

St. Louis brewed Schlafly Beer is the headliner at the taste and sip on March 29th at Yia Yia’s. Clam Linguica, Short Rib Tempura and Chocolate Pavlova are the tastes to go along with the specially selected Schlafly beers.

Garrelts a JBF Semi-finalist

Colby Garrelts, the Chef /Owner of bluestem, is on the semi-finalist list for the prestigious James Beard Foundation’s 2010 “Best Chef Midwest”.
 The awards will be  handed out in May in New York. Congratulations Colby and Megan!
