This Wednesday, November 25th blue bird with hold a Wednesday Night Table featuring a four course menu. Then on Saturday, November 28th blue bird hosts their monthly Farmers’ Table. Mingle with some of the local area farmers and enjoy a meal made from local home grown ingredients.

Beaujolais Nouveau Celebrations
Beaujolais Nouveau makes its annual appearance on the third Thursday of November. It is a red, fruity wine that, unlike many other wines, has a short span of time from harvested grape to bottle. It is meant to be enjoyed right away and our French restaurants are holding their annual celebrations for this short-lived but often well-loved wine.

Zagat Honors KC
The 2010 Zagat Survey results have been announced and several KansasCityMenus restaurants are again at the head of the list. “Top food ranking” honors go to bluestem. Also receiving high marks are Le Fou Frog, Tatsu’s and 1924 Main. It is no surprise to us that locally owned establishments are at the top of the list.
