In keeping with blue bird bistro’s commitment to only buying edible plants; rosemary pots fill the bistro this holiday season.
blue bird bistro is chopping it in their hot spiced punch, chocolate tart, missouri northern pecan balls, bison roast, wild caught gulf shrimp and more.

On New Years Eve blue bird bistro is open from 7am til the ringing in of 2010. A full dinner menu plus prefix specials begin at 5pm.

$40 includes your choice of, Medanos Torrontes, Argentina or Don Cristobal Malbec, Argentina and
four courses of Argentine flair from Katherine, blue bird’s Argentine trained chef.
Locro, a traditional Argentine winter stew filled with local all natural spiced meats, organic corn and organic barley topped with a Organic Way Farm peppers and Thane Palmberg Farm onions salsa.
Fried organic polenta stuffed with humita, an Argentine mix of Organic Way Farm tomatoes, organic cream, Organic Garden colored peppers and spices.
Seared New Grass Bison tenderloin wrapped in all natural bacon served on a bed of organic quinoa
The meal ends with Alfajor, a tradition Argentine cookie frozen with house made blue bird bistro garden rosemary ice cream, dulce de leche and covered in organic chocolate.
Reservations are not necessary as long as space is available
