Zest’s Duerr James Beard Nominee

I just returned from a weekend away to the news that Linda Duerr, Executive Chef at Zest, has also been nominated for Best Chef Midwest by the James Beard Foundation. Congratulations Linda and Zest! What a great showing for the Kansas City restaurant community to have these talented chefs acknowledged. Good luck to both Linda and Colby.
