May Wine Dinners and Special Events

Saturday, May 15th at bluestem, wear your best Derby-style hat (where else can you wear it in KC?), sip the finest loose-leaf teas and enjoy Megan Garrelt’s fabulous pastries and delicate sandwiches. All this fun and it benefits the Unicorn Theatre, too. The Tea is at 11 a.m. and is $45 per person. Call Greg Gerling at 816-531-7529, ext.12 or ggerling@unicorntheatre.org for your reservations. Mark May 16th on your calendar for the Cafe des Amis wine dinner. Enjoy a five course French dinner with pairings selected by Tom O’Connor of the Bomarito Wine Company. The cost is $67 per person and reservations are required. Call to 816-587-6767 to save your seat.
And save May 19th at 6 p.m. for Yia Yia’s Schramsberg Champagne Dinner with Chef Martin Woods. Four courses paired with four excellent champagnes costs $50 a person.
