The blue bird bistro is pleased to announce the September 14th Wine Dinner with special guest Kathy Benziger of the Benziger Family Winery. The blue bird has continuously served Benziger Merlot since opening nine years ago because of their’ and the wine company’s mutual belief in sustainable, biodynamic and organic farming. The Benziger’s say, ” We are about there things; family, great wines and healthy vineyards. For more than 30 years we’ve searched Sonoma County for the most distinctive and expressive vineyard sites. Once found, we have tended these properties using, Biodynamic, organic and sustainable farming methods. The result is a portfolio of authentic and memorable wines.”
