Grand Street Sails On
The Grand Street Cafe had been the flagship restaurant for the PB&J group since first opening. So it is only fitting that the new man at the helm is former general manager, Rick Ghilardi, who helped open the Plaza area establishment in 1991 and had been with the group for almost 20 years.
